Uploads and Downloads

I’m trying to add a downloads page to my website which is https://www.mysterchr.com. I’m using the WP-Filebase Manager but it doesn’t seem to be working correctly. Once I set everything up and finally click upload it gets stuck at sending request. I’ve let it stay that way for up to 20 mins before giving up. The file I want to upload so that it can be downloaded is 336mb. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
