    We DO NOT want our media images separated into month-year folders by deselecting “Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders” in every media setting in WordPress. Yet this plugin violates that selection by forcing month-year folders? Why can’t the plugin append to the user’s selection not to save avatars by month-year? This is something that needs to be fixed.
