    Hi

I have not installed this yet because I have not bought the plugin yet. What I need to know first is if I have to use the Upload folder, or can I choose any folder within the WordPress directory?

  • I would like to get this question answered too.
I bought the WP Real Media Library plugin and cannot figure out how to create a custom Upload folder for my images. I want the media folder name to be /images not /wp-content/uploads

    Hello there!

Sorry for that late answer, I have not received any notification from www.ads-software.com for incoming support… Generelly, this plugin does not change the wp-content/uploads folder. This plugin simply adds the absolute path of RML folder to the wp-content/uploads folder.

To change the uploads folder you must define a constant in your wp-config.php file because it is not possible with a plugin. Here you will find a good blog post about this: https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/change-default-wordpress-uploads-folder/

    I hope this helps you!

    Best regards,
    Matthew ??
