Uploads Folder Naming

It appears the folder being created for images with watermarks is Nov, 2015. All other uploads are correct in the /2018/03/ folder. Please help?
ex.
/uploads/2015/11/P1670252.jpghttps://coryfechner.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/P1670252.jpg
