    Dear Rob,

    First of all make sure that your do not have limitation from your server for sending out attachments from your site. For this you will have to contact your hosting provider. If the issue doesn’t get resolved, contact our support team at support[at]web-dorado.com. Thank you.

    Hi Sona,

    Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

    The message gets through, but it does not have any attachments. We run our own servers so I know that the MTA is not stripping the attachments.

    The database does show that mail_attachment is configured:

    mysql> select id, mail_attachment from radia_formmaker;
    +—-+—————–+
    | id | mail_attachment |
    +—-+—————–+
    | 3 | 1 |
    | 4 | 1 |
    | 5 | 1 |
    +—-+—————–+

    Anything else I can check?

    Thanks,
    Rob

    @rob,

    You might try to contact our support team to check that out. If it turns out you have limitations on sending attachments, we will be happy to make the attachments send out as hyperlinks for download. The contact email is support[at]web-dorado.com. Thank you.

    I have been having the same issues with attachments working on and off.
