Upon Activating Plugin Kitchen Sink in pages/posts no longer shows up

    I installed the free version to test before purchasing the full pro version. Everything in the plugin appears to work, but when I open a page or post to insert the short code I can’t because the “visual” option is blank and also the Visual Editor toolbar has disappeared. I can only see the “text” section with all the code.

    When I deactivate Button Builder, Visual Editor toolbar reappears and “visual” screen works properly.

    Any ideas?

    Hi there,

    May I know the theme you are using and the list of plugins active so that I can test it on my machine? Does shifting to any of the default theme solves the issue? You can also deactivate all other plugins and then enable them one by one to check whether any of the plugin conflicts with Buttons X.

    Let me know the results so that fix this issue.

    The theme is Currents. I changed to an alternate theme and still have the same problem in the Admin edit area for Posts & Pages. Below is a list of the installed plugins and I went to the live site and noticed some of them are not working when I activate the Button X Lite plug in – i.e. Gwyn’s Imagemap Selector. I’d have to go thru and test all of them and right now time doesn’t allow for this. Let me know what you find. I’m using a “test” site not our live site. https://npg-test.bitnamiapp.com/

    I could not find some of the plugins. So please deactivate all plugins excluding Buttons X and then activate others one by one. Then you should be able to quickly find which plugin is conflicting with Buttons X. Please let me know so that I can fix this issue ASAP.
