    I received errors when I attempted to export. This plugin did not work for me.

    @zylstra,

    Good morning, this is not a problem from the plugin. This seems to be some kind of problem with your hosting limits (PHP max execution time, nginx timeout or Cloudflare). If you cannot change them, filter the users by role or by registered date to make the export smaller.

    And please, consider your review. You have not asked before in support forum. We have answered a Sunday in less than 3 hours.

    We work for free in this plugin hundreds of hours. The only prize we get are good reviews. So this bad review make us very sad.

    I used this plugin, https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/users-customers-import-export-for-wp-woocommerce/, and it worked fine, but you are right that I did not ask for support, and your response was quick. I have upgraded my rating.

    Our plugin takes more data so it takes more time and your problem appears.

    Anyway we have to do some kind of download that is not being stopped by some hostings or CDNs.

    Thanks for considering our work.

    Regards.
