Upper case letters changed to lower case in cache entry list

I noticed that if the fetched filename has capital letters, such as /FileName/ the upper case letters are changed to lower case letters and saved as /filename/
Then, if you click on that cache entry in the list, it does not exist, because the filename has been changed to lower case letters, but the existing file includes capital letters.
Anyone else notice this?
