    Hi, I ship in Canada through UPS and note that UPS Canada is on you your list of shipping providers. However, UPS Canada is not enabled for use with your TrackShip service.

    Ideally, I would like to use TrackShip. Are you planning to add TrackShip for UPS Canada? Or is there a workaround of some kind?

    Hi, we do not have a separate UPS Canada, it’s the regular UPS. It might be that you created a custom provider? TrackShip supports UPS and also Canada.
    You can try TrackShip for free (you get 50 trial trackers) and contact the support if you see any issue and they will help

    Hi zorem,

    Thanks for the fast reply! I first looked into your plugin several months ago and must have created a custom UPS Canada provider at that time. Regarding “the regular UPS” that you mentioned, I assume that’s the one in which the name is simply “UPS.” However, this “regular” UPS has the country name United States below. I just want to confirm that this is the right UPS version to use for the Canadian market.

    Yes, you can use UPS USA or UPS Global, try to add one tracking number and check the tracking link that is generated.
