• I installed UPS shipping method for a client. It works fine, except the request code for UPS continues to show from the cart to checkout. I have tried finding a way to disable to code showing with no luck. Waiting on WordPress support to email us, but they said it could be 24-48 hours.

    We installed WooCommerce UPS Shipping Plugin

    And I contacted support through the chat option in our Dashboard. The rep I was working with took the information and said they will email back.

    Seems to have now disappeared on my end. But having a friend try it out to make sure it doesn’t show up when they try it.

    Ok, since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    Forum volunteers do not have access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working correctly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you, but your best bet is your product’s developer. We encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
