UPS doesn`t calculate discount

Thanks, I can`t see that menu at all. If I click UPS live rates, I can only see the screen with my account number, access key.

Thank you, I have managed to get the live rates through this document. However, the prices calculated through the website are much lower than through ups.com (through my account with discounted rates). The difference is up to 50%.
Why is that?

Are you logged in to ups.com while checking prices? If not, log in to the same account that was used in the plugin.

HI, do you mean being logged into ups.com or somewhere on the website?
Also, I have managed now to get similar rates, but the shop is calculating slightly higher prices. I have run the test, the webshop is charging ￡36 and ups.com ￡27 for the same parcel dimensions/weight/destination.

Try changing other settings. Especially try Pickup type: not set.

Still the same. Tried all options, nothing changes, the rate stays the same.

1. Due to the fact that the PRO version of the UPS plugin allows for a more precise adjustment of rates based on additional parameters – you could check on the free demo of the PRO version, whether inclusion of these parameters will affect the expected value of the rates.

2. All the rates displayed in the cart are returned automatically directly from the UPS API. Therefore, the issue may relate to the dimensions, weight or the number of shipments for this type of UPS service.

   Please enable debug mode in the plugin settings and copy Request and Respose from UPS API https://wpdesk.me/mp/jKDDYTLZiy.png. You can then provide this information directly to UPS to verify why the rates are different.
