UPS doesn`t calculate discount

    Hi, I have UPS business account and my shop doesn`t calculate the discount. For example, to ship the parcel to the USA, I pay ￡27, the webshop is offering me the full rate of ￡130, the regular price for that package.
    UPS has confirmed that my plug-in settings are correct, such as account number and access key.
    Not sure what else to do.
    Please help. THe plugin should calculate the price for each customer individually, based on their location.
