    Hello,

    I am having a serious problem with your premium plugin. It will only display UPS next and and 2 day. I can’t get any other options to show up.

    The debug file has a 0 value for the monetary value. Please get back to me thanks.

    Hi Tylerfisher,

    Our plugin displays only those services which are returned by the UPS API.
    In your case, only UPS Next day and 2 day may be returned because only these services might be available from UPS side. To check that, kindly go to UPS price calculator and verify this : https://wwwapps.ups.com/ctc/request?loc=en_US

    Also, kindly check that you have enabled all the services in the settings page.

    If you are still not able to understand this, please enable the debug option in plugin settings page and then try to place an order in the cart/checkout page. You will be able to see the request and response info in the cart page. Just copy that send it to us so that we can check it.

    NOTE : Make sure that you remove all the account specific information from the request as this is a public forum.
