    UPS Live rates not available on checkout page. None of the pincodes work. Do we need API keys to access the live points?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Yes, in order to see live rates in checkout you need to provide API credentials (for XML API Type) or authorize with UPS account (for REST API). To provide credentials please visit UPS Live Rates settings page under Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping.

    You can check current connection status on UPS Live Rates settings page.
