UPS Negotiated Rates Bug

    Hi, since i have switched to OAuth – Rest API a few days ago.

    there seems to be a bug – “UPS Negotiated Rates” checkbox is off, but the rates returned to the customer are negotiated (discounted from the list rates).
    When I turn on “UPS Negotiated Rates” – checkbox is on, plugin discounts already discounted (negotiated) rates…

    Example –

    UPS Website – Test Item 4LB – List rate – 24.50 / Negotiated rate on UPS site – 17.40

    My store – Test Item 4LB – “UPS Negotiated Rates” Checkbox off – 17.40 / checkbox on – 12.30

    as you can see on my site it should be: checkbox on – 24.50 and checkbox off – 17.40… but it is not….

    Please advise

    I see this thread is still open so I want to throw in my 2 cents. My client is also experiencing the same effect – live rates fetched from their account at UPS are significantly lower than what appears on their bill. They are printing their own labels and boxing their orders. What can we do to fix the issue? What data do you need?
