UPS not returning any shipping options

    Hi,

    I enabled debug mode and it says

    UPS RESPONSE:

    and at the bottom it says

    Failed loading XML

    Please suggest.

  • Hi @sam1029,

    It seems that you need to change the permission of the file.

    The first step to troubleshoot this type of issue would be to check at your Apache error logs as this specific type status can be thrown due to many reasons.
    Kindly approach your hosting service provider and give him the error logs. He should be able to help you with this.

    Permission of the plugin files?

    Hi @sam1029,

    Can you please confirm that :
    Is the issue happening with live mode or test mode also?

    If you have not tested this, can you please test it in test mode and let us know?

    hosting is saying they are not seeing any errors.

    I’ve got the same issue – No shipping option available – this is the debug error from UPS server:

    Can you please confirm the following :
    1. Are you using Latest version of the plugin (1.2.10)?
    2. Kindly confirm whether TLS 1.2 is active?
    3. If you are using java it must be equal to or higher than 1.7?

    @xadapter,

    I need some assistance, I’m running 3 of your free plugins, 1 of which doesn’t say it displays negotiated rates for the UPS, so the stamps.com and the UPS basic are the ones I’m focusing on. Here’s the issue.

    None of them are showing up as a Shipping Method to place in the shipping zone for WooCommerce.

    UPS Basic hence why I’m on this support forum. in debug mode it shows it’s talking to UPS, gathering information and UPS is kicking back rates and prices in the XML code, but that information is not displaying after doing a calculation on the cart. Doesn’t even show that UPS is available.

    Resolution was this, I had a theme called Regency from themeforest, purchased back in 2012, it was version 1.3.3, in a 1.4.0 update it fixed a cart rate php file which displayed proper ratings in the cart during check out, I updated the theme and it started working, issue resolved.
