    Hello,

We are running Jigoshop for our new store. We have installed and configured the UPS plugin to work exactly as we would like HOWEVER this issue we are experiencing is ONLY if the customer has not already added his/her shipping info inside the account page.

If the user has not included shipping info in the account page when they get to the cart it asks them for there zip code and then calculates the shipping charge. Works great. THEN you click checkout and you get to the checkout page and it will no longer have any information inside the shipping section and will actually lets you checkout and let the customer pay no shipping.

This is a huge issue and definitely keeping us from launching our website to the public.

    Michael,

We have just sent you an email. You have provided my partner and I with conflicting information.

You claim the issue is with our theme; however last night at 3am we received an email from Krzysztof at 3am saying that “he fixed it”

Our website is now worse off from the last time we logged in at 11pm 11/3. You guys were in our system 11/4 3am and the entire menu system no longer functions.

Please reply to our email promptly. We have remained offline for the remainder of this issue.

My apologies for this inconvenience. Krysztof has restored this and replied via [email protected]

I’m also having this issue although with a separate shipping plugin (Fedex).

Any information on what the fix was?

    Thanks.
