    Hi @tgrahamsse,

    Thanks for reaching out. If I understand correctly, you have an issue with displaying the UPS rates in your store.

    Please know that our plugin doesn’t have any specific theme or page builder requirements. The rates are displayed on the checkout page the same way as any other shipping method (the default Woo Flat Rate, Local Pickup, and any other 3rd party plugin methods).

    We recommend you to switch temporarily to the default Storefront theme. If our UPS rates are visible there, then please reach out to Avada theme support and ask what has to be done to show the live rates at the checkout.

    Please confirm if that addresses your question.

    I’ve changed the theme to one of the default themes in WordPress; it didn’t make a difference, but still no UPS live rates are displayed.

    I’ve also tried enabling the debug mode, and the result should be displayed in the cart, but nothing was showing.

    Yea, UPS Live Rates is enabled in shipping methods.

    If you enable debug mode, as an administrator you should see debug messages in the checkout: https://octolize.com/docs/article/ups-general-settings/#debug_mode

    Unfortunately, I’m not seeing what was linked while in debug mode.

    Checkout shipping: There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.

    After enabling debug mode, simply refreshing the checkout page may not be enough. Change something in the delivery address, e.g. house number.

    I’ve refreshed the page, but there are no debug options. I also enter the billing and shipping addresses by removing the autofill and reentering.

    Are you still logged in as administrator on the checkout page?

    Since I don’t have access to your website, I can’t tell what the problem is.

    Please register a demo site at https://demo.octolize.com/ and recreate your shipping setup.

    Then give us the address of this demo site.

    Please show screenshots of UPS method configuration, shipping zones configuration, shipping method in shipping zone configuration, etc.
