I’m seeing a 250002: Invalid Authentication information now, but its was OK in the past will the same results.

How can I fix the authentication to confirm.

    Thanks,

    1. Debug mode is disabled – to see debug messages you should enable it.
    2. Please enter account number in UPS Settings – it is required in REST API to get rates.

    1. Enable Debug mode but no changes; it was enabled while troubleshoot
    2. An account number was added. I’m getting the 250002: Invalid Authentication Information error

    Still not debug message

You are still in REST API, not XML?

I’m in OAuth-Rest API, should I try XML?

I should be OAuth Rest API.

    Please revoke and re-authenticate.

I think I know where is the problem. Please move second shipping zone (Flexible Shipping) to the top and save zone settings.

API Connection status is ok, now. Although, no changes to the check-out or cart page.

You have 2 shipping zones for US. WooCommerce matches first zone and uses only shipping methods for this zone. You should have one shipping zone for US and all shipping methods for US should be in this zone.

That did it! Debug mode is showing, as are the UPS live rates. Thanks for all your help.

    A few follow-up questions:

    1. Can we edit the shipping options to have a drop-down field rather than a list?
    2. Will our UPS account be charged after an order is submitted?

Thanks again for all your help

    1. Shipping options are displayed by WooCommerce and/or theme, aur plugin only calculates rats.
    2. No. Our plugin only calculates rates.

Gotcha, thanks again for all your help
