UPS shipping label with flat rate

Is it possible to generate a UPS shipping label using a quantity based flat rate shipping rate?
What I am expecting is for UPS bill us for the actual bill but the customer only pays the flat rate per item.
Will UPS allow shipping label to be generated?

This version of the plugin will not provide the label printing option. However, the Plus version has option to print label even the order is placed with the Flat rate.
