    The SSL connection error you are getting may be due to your server settings. Please check your server settings. The following link may help you to fix this error.

    Hi Elvin,

    I’ve found there were insecure pages on the website that may have been the cause of the issue.

    Once, it was fixed, the plugin was able to fetch the rates. However, it is still inconsistent, sometimes it fetches the rate + all the methods selected, and other times it only fetches one of the method.

    Availability of the UPS services depends on following metrics:

    -Sender Address
    -Recipient Address
    -Product Dimension and Weight.

    Our UPS plugin will display only those services which would be shown on the UPS calculator for the above metrices.

    There are many cause off this issue, But i am sure this is SSL issue. I am giving tip, Just follow –
    1. Your date and time is right if not then fix it.
    2. Check after Disable your antivirus settings it will avoid SSL protocol scanning.

    Again getting same error then follow SSL Connection article to get more ways.
