UPS upgrade to TLS 1.2. Woocommerce compatible?

I received an alert from UPS saying they are upgrading all APIs to require the TLS 1.2 security protocol to be executed in May 2016.
Is there any action that needs to be taken for us WooCommerce people? Should I be concerned about this?
