    I have both the UPS and USPS plugins installed. Both work on the desktop version of the site, but do not show up on the responsive version. What can I do to resolve this?

    I didn’t quite get you when you say “responsive version”.
    Are you able to get the rates on your local but not the actual website?

    If that is the case, can you please provide us the UPS Request and UPS response info so that we can help you? Here is a video that you can use for reference for the request and response.

    NOTE : Make sure that you remove all sensitive information from the request before posting it here.

    The rates show up when viewing the website on a computer.

    When I look at a website with phone or tablet, I only see the local pick up option.

    When i logged in your website via mobile device, I cannot see any “Add to Cart” option. Can you please provide us a sample product using which I can check this?

    Hi @awoolsey79,

    For the product “Blackberry”, that you provided us, I placed the order in laptop and still not getting the UPS methods. Kindly check the attached screenshot.

    Also, make sure that you have provided the weight and dimensions of the product accurately. If you are still not able to get the rates, just provide us the Debug request and response. Here is a video that will help you with getting the details

    Hi @awoolsey79,

    I checked using my phone and found that I am still getting the UPS services in the cart. I only had to give the correct address details.

    Here is the attached screenshot for your reference.

    We can confirm that we are finding everything to be correct. Kindly let us know if you have any query or help us replicate the scenario so that we can help you.
