Upsell Button Keeps Sending To Failure URL

    This is the page I have your upsell button on:

    I have two versions of it on this page, a test version & a normal version.

    I also have a webform from Infusionsoft embedded there as an upsell button, but I would prefer to use your upsell button because I want to choose my upsell button image. Could having this extra webform on the page be the problem?

    Things to check:

    1. Make sure you have the latest version of our Infusionsoft SDK plugin installed.
    2. Make sure you have the correct API key set in the SDK plugin.
    3. Make sure you are testing the page with the proper Infusionsoft URL parameters. The button won’t work if the page doesn’t have all the URL parameters that would be passed to it from a shopping cart or order form. If you have test mode enabled and the contact ID / existing order ID fields are blank, then you haven’t passed in the required parameters.

    Having an extra web form shouldn’t matter.
