Upsell doesn’t work on single product page.

Could you send us a screenshot of your configuration to check everything’s fine, please? Additionally, this could be related to your theme, have you configured your product page to display upsells, as shown in step 5 here? https://wpastra.com/woocommerce-tutorial/customize-woocommerce-product-page/.

In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

• System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
• Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

I tried replicating the issue on my testing site using Astra Theme, but it seems to work fine as expected.

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem
• Make sure to clear browser and site cache each time.

If you do not see the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
