Upsell nag (Upgrade to Make Pro) shouldn't be global

I agree. Please remove all the “upgrade to Make Pro” nags. Maybe you could create an “Upgrade Options” or “About Make” page that gives users the information about how to and the opportunity to upgrade to the Pro version. Having the constant upgrade nags throughout my WordPress Dashboard and on the post pages is really bad. I don’t think it should be allowed in WordPress either. At the bare minimum, there should be an option to turn them completely off.
