    Whenever I try to cross-sell any item with anything, even though I find the product in the menu, click the arrow to move it over to the right hand side, it appears on the right hand side with an “x” next to it, as if it is there, once I hit update, the entire cross-sell section clears out. Could you let me know what may be causing this?

    I am using the Upsell/Cross Sell plugin and its updated, but still no go.

    Hi Vasili, I checked and updated it yesterday and tried to add a cross-sell item after the upgrade and it still did not work.

    I just tested it on my test site and it is working just fine ufter updating.
    You can clear your browser cache and see if it is working (Ctrl + f5)

    Also if you have some Cache plugin disable it and try again.

    Hi Vasili, I had tried this before, but I tried it again and its not working. This is how the situation unfolds

    1) I go into the “Cross-Sells” tab
    2) Under “Products” I type in a keyword, and a list of items containing that keyword appears
    3) I click on the arrow to move the item over to the “Cross Sells” field.
    4) The item goes into the cross sell field
    5) I hit update
    6) When i scroll down and click on the cross-sells tab, the “Cross Sells” field is now empty, as if I never did anything.

    Its great that you are able to get it to work on your site, but its currently not working on mine. I am sure that there is a reason for it, but I was hoping that Jigoshop support would be able to help me troubleshoot the issue.

    Thanks form provide us the admin access.
    I have looked at your admin and as I told you, you need to install the latest version of UpSell/Cross Sell plugin, your version is 1.4.2, the latest version is 1.4.3, you can go to
    https://www.jigoshop.com/
    and log in to your account and download the latest version in the section “My downloads”, you will find also all the plugins updated versions you had purchased from Jigoshop. Also you can see from your admin panel that new version of plugin is available for download.

    Hi Vasili

    I sent 2 emails to support explaining this. I suspect there is another issue happening here because I have upgraded the plugin 5 times, but it simply will not take, whenever I click on another link, the plugin disappears. Feel free to login and test it yourself.

    Hi xarcadia,

    This problem is now resolved. It was a minor quirk with the update process.
