Upstream activation issues

I have been trying to contact somebody from Upstream to discuss the plugin not working on my website (www.gchristopher.com). My annual payments for the plugin and extensions are up to date. I am getting no response after submitting several requests on the upstream website. Furthermore, it doesn’t seem they have any of the plugins that I have purchased on their site to download, even when I’m logged in, and on my account page. I can see my invoices (paid), but there is no way to address the issues with the plugin. Are you aware of what is going on with these developers? Would you be able to assist me to address the issues with the plugin? This seems to be a known issue, and I have tried this solution: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/error-upstream-plugin-custom-fields-section/ , but the errors are still showing and several plugin extensions are not activating.Thank you in advance,
