Upvote Theme Issues

Hi, I don’t know if this is in the right place or not, so I’m sorry if it isn’t. I just paid for Upvote and have not had an easy time configuring it. There is so much you can’t do with it and I’m not sure if I made the right choice and threw my money away. I’m seeing there is absolutely no documentation on the theme anywhere, no tutorials or anything to explain how to do things. I can’t find the right CSS to work on certain pages, I can’t rearrange the stuff on the main page because I can’t find where to do it. It’s kind of a mess. I just want a site like Reddit, is that too much to ask? Why is this so difficult? Someone help direct me the right way please. I would appreciate it. I emailed the makers of the theme, by the way, and have yet to hear back.
