Upvoting occurring on every post on page

I recently added this plugin to my Story Theme(Story v.1.8.0 by Pexeto Themes) site . When I add this short code [rating-system-posts-disable-dislike counter=”yes”] into a “service box” it shows up on the particular page, but when I click on the upvote button it upvotes everything on the page.
