• Hi, I’ve noticed some issues and have deducted that URE is not working as it should. I have one user role not reading a snippet properly (other user roles reads and implements, others do not. I have tried going through and adding actions, however nothing has worked)

    As well as another showing in one account the correct actions, however when I add that same role to a new or current account, it doesn’t have the same capabilities. (i.e able to view orders in woocommerce) even though the correct things are ticked in URE e.g. read orders is ticked.

    any ideas on how this can be fixed?

    Thanks.

    ‘read_order’ capability is not enough to get access to the
    WooCommerce->Orders
    admin menu item. It’s protected by ‘edit_shop_orders’ capability.

    Hi Vladimir,
    Thanks for that, I have tried ticking that but it doesn’t show.
    I have linked two screenshots for your reference.

    Sorry, this has worked for the second issue I was facing, Thanks. However the first is still an issue as I we need to be able to see the order notes, but I have tried changing many capabilities and nothing shows it.
    When all permissions are on however I can see it (i.e. administration)
    The first link in the above message shows what I am referencing.

    As “Order notes” column does not exist at a clear WC installation, I suppose that this column was added by some plugin. You need to look what capability that plugin checks before make “Order notes” column available.

    Thanks, I have figured out it is connected to the Booster for Woocommerce Plugin, specifically the “Admin Orders List”.
    Though I am unable to figure out which capabilities relate to that plugin on the URE menu. It shows the column, but not the text in the Woocommerce orders page

    Thanks.
