• Hi everyone!

First of all, who can I contact to get direct help with this issue? It’s very urgent and the forums haven’t helped. Here is the problem I’m having:

I tried to change my website domain from Fullertonnotarypublic to ocnotaryservices to match the name of my business, but after doing so I found that OCNotaryServices domain was already taken by someone else. Naturally, I went back to my fullertonnotarypublic admin page to change it back, but it wouldn’t let me in either since the “Site [was] Not Found”. Neither link works now when I try to login and resolve this issue. If anyone could help me get back into my website to change the domain back to the original, that would be amazing! I really don’t want someone else to take the domain or worse, for the website to be gone.

If there’s any way to even just view the site again so I can copy paste all the text I’ve written, I’d be happy enough with that!

    Thanks!

No one. These are 100% staffed by volunteer support forums. If anyone does contact you from these forums directly, please let us know. They will be promptly banned from this site.

It sounds like you changed your site URL and now cannot get back into your a site. If that is the case, please start here.

That article contains methods to correct that when you no longer can log into your site.

@jdembowski Hey thanks for the help! Unfortunately, I’m trying one of the steps but it seems these require me to have these wp- files on my PC, which I don’t. I’ve only been using my browser to work on my website. I’d really appreciate it if you could stick around and help me resolve this! It’s been difficult remaining in contact with the same people throughout these threads.

    Thanks!

You need to make changes to your database. To access it you need to log into your Hosting Control Panel. Might be best to contact your Hoster if not sure what to do as they are in the best position to help with this.
