urgent! All my page titles are not bein indexed properly

I have three sites that all use the same theme. Bouncewowny.com , bouncewownj.bouncewowny.com, and connecticut.bouncewow.com. My pages used to be getting indexed properly but now the description get indexed by google fine but the title just uses the page/post name and the blog title exe: Page name| Blog name. Google is starting to change my previous indexed pages as well. I’m an amateur when it comes to coding but if anyone can help please respond ASAP. Thanks
