Urgent! Bought Plugin, Issues, Emailed You 2 x No Response

    We have purchased this plugin and emailed you twice over a while ago seeking URGENT assistance. Our website has gone live ans lookd bad as this plugin is missing from where it should have been placed.

    The plugin was installed, at first it kept loading endlessly. We tried it for many hours, still didnt work. Then we read an old post here that said to deactivate and activat it, we did so but now we don’t see anything at all when we do a preview of the post.

    We are quite helpless and really need urgent help. Pls respond to our emails. Our Word Press version is: WordPress 3.3.1
