Hi train and theo
@saveatrain What you linked to would be the post type archive page. That is something generated by WordPress for all custom post types, but not something that’s intended to be linked to in our plugin. For a list of FAQs, you should be using a shortcode or block. You should not be linking directly to the post type archive page if you want all of the features, functionality and styling of our plugin. That only comes from the shortcode/block.
That being said, this post type archive page should still at least list all of the posts that exist. Because it’s not, I’m thinking that you might just need to flush your permalinks, something that is often necessary when new custom post types are registered in WordPress or changes are made to custom post types. To do this:
– In the main menu, go to “Settings > Permalinks”.
– Scroll down, if needed, and click “Save Changes”. No need to actually make any changes.
– Rewrite rules and permalinks have now been flushed.
@theogrx Your site is password protected. Nevertheless, if indeed, as you mentioned, you “have the same problem,” then please flush your permalinks as described above, to see if that helps. If it’s not the same problem, then please start a new thread and describe your exact problem.
For WPML, you’ll need to provide more details about what isn’t working with it (i.e. it’s not translating, not using translations, not linking posts, something else, etc.).
