Can you login? Read pages? Is the issue only when setting the home page? Have you tried removing your “coming soon” page?

Hi.

i can login to my wordpress admin page, everything is fine, except once i set my static page my website goes down immediately. but when i click on view page after setting my static homepage it gives me that redirect error.my site breaks down

not sure if anyone has seen this before.

I’ve seen that before…

There are a thousand reasons for that to happen. In your case, it’s probably because you are trying to use https before you’ve set up your certificate properly.

Maybe you could contact your webhost for a bit of help or possibly whoever you paid or agreed to pay for helping you install WordPress. WordPress itself is free.
