I’m sorry to hear you encountered the PHP errors after updating the plugin.

Could you please try installing the Yoast SEO fresh zip manually? Clear all your caching from your theme, plugin, server, CDN like CloudFlare or browser.

If you’re able to access the admin dashboard and Yoast SEO is active (despite the error shown), please try resetting our indexables in the database tables by following the steps below?
    1. Install & activate the?Yoast Test Helper plugin
    2. Go to Tools > Yoast Test
    3. Hit the “Reset indexables & migrations” button.
    4. Go to SEO > Tools, and under SEO data, click the “SEO Data Optimization” button to allow Yoast to rescan your pages.

After completion, check if the error exists.
