Urgent! Delete Unwanted Comment

    I need to delete an unwanted comment that was left in the global chat. I have already marked it as spam, but I never received the email I was supposed to get as a spam notification. Maybe that email would have contained a way for me to delete the comment. I’m not sure how to get rid of it.

    Solved! Went to Settings > Wise Chat Pro settings > Moderation
    clicked the box to allow Admin Moderation. Went to the front end of the site and the chat box now has the option to delete any single comment.
