    Hi!

    I’m using Directorist v. 7.0.4.1 on WordPress 7.5.2
    I have Settings > Listings > General
    > Delete/Trash Expired Listings: On
    > Delete or Trash Expired Listings: Move to Trash

But I noticed that expired listings just disapeared from the “All listings” page, and there is no “Trash” or “Expired” link or access.

I tried changing the expire day of a listing to a past date. This listing changed its status to “private”. But this is the only one. Previous records expired by Directorist are lost!

I lost hundreds of records in this situation!!!
    ?How can I retrieve them?
    Thanks!

  • Hello Daniel,

    Thanks for reaching us.

As you have mentioned that you are already using the option “Move to Trash” which should move the expired listings to the Trash instead of removing them permanently.

However, we have forwarded this issue to our developer’s team for a better inspection. Hopefully, we will be able to get back to you soon after getting a reply from the devs team.

Please, feel free to let us know if you are having any additional issues.

    Regards,

    Hello Daniel,

We have tested the issue locally but the expired listings are not being deleted. The expired listings are moving to private but staying on the all listing list.

However, if the expired listings are being deleted from your site’s backend then it must be a site-specific issue that needs to be inspected. So, I would like to request you to continue with our Support Channel from here.

    Kind regards,
