Urgent! Email notifications with errors

We had set up this plugin in two websites. One of them same configuration, is having this error after the user confirms the last step of booking process:
The appointment is well sent to the system. We are able to see the reservation. BUT emails are not being sent to the user or administrador. And we are getting this error message: https://prntscr.com/azjbfa
Also I was going to buy the pro version but your site is down.
