Fatal error after update

Hello,

I updated my site to the 4.3 version and now I get an error with the WP-Ban plugin, it says:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_language_attributes() (previously declared in /home4/xxxxxxxxxxxx/public_html/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/wp-includes/general-template.php:2624) in /home4/xxxxxxxxxx/public_html/xxxxxxxxxxxxx/wp-content/plugins/wp-ban/wp-ban.php on line 244

I need to resolve this asap.
there’s already an update to the WPBAn plugin, but I can’t install it because I get this error all the time
Can I go back to the 4.2 version?
