    I can’t sell any items on my site, it’s somehow broke. People are getting a message about no payment methods in their state. It looks like on my backend I need to download a newer version of WooCommerece but when I try it tells me I need a new version of WordPress, but my version of WordPress is up to date. I’m hoping we can fix this asap. We just listed some new products and people are trying to purchase them. Thank you.

    Hi @rick4him

    The issue you’re experiencing is due to the payment gateway settings. Please ensure that you’ve correctly configured your payment methods to include all the states where your customers are located.

    As for the update issue, even though your WordPress version might be up to date, the WooCommerce plugin might require the latest version. Please double-check your WordPress version and compare it with the minimum requirements of the WooCommerce version you’re trying to install.

    If you’re still having difficulties, I recommend deleting your current WooCommerce version (don’t worry, your data will be safe) and then reinstalling the latest version.

    Please remember to backup your site before making any changes.

    If you still have issues after trying these steps, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report with us. You’ll find it at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Select Get system report and then Download for Support. This will download a TXT file with the SSR’s contents to share with us. Once you have the System Status Report file, please send it with your reply.
