Urgent HELP! Changed URL! Can't find site!

Did you follow the instructions to update the .htaccess from the codex?

https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory

I just went into settings. And changed the 2 URL boxes there to https://www.jayboxdesigns.co.uk =[

So what can I do now to fix it?! Please help. I was meant to be making it live tonight. Worked for hours on it.

Did you follow all the steps in the codex?

Set it as:
wordpress address: https://site.com/wordpress
site address: https://site.com

Copy the index.php file and .htaccess files to the root

Open your root directory’s index.php file in a text editor
Change the following and save the file. Change the line that says:
require(‘./wp-blog-header.php’);
to the following, using your directory name for the WordPress core files:
require(‘./wordpress/wp-blog-header.php’);

No. I just went into settings and changed them BOTH to https://www.jayboxdesigns.co.uk so I can’t access anything. I have just ripped everything off my server as a backup incase ?? But what can I do from here?

You’ll have to access your WordPress database via phpMyAdmin (most hosting providers offer this in their control panel) and manually change the siteurl and home values.
