Urgent help needed! Excel downloads of attendees / payments not working

    Why does it download “evr_admin_export.php” when I click “attendees” in XLS format from the “Attendee management” page, and “export payments- excel” in the “Manage Payments” page? I need a spreadsheet for my event tonight! This didn’t happen yesterday when I was working on a Mac. Today I am working on a PC and a Chromebook. Do I need to do this on a Mac? Help!

    NO,it should work on any PC or Mac under any browser.

    How is this resolved!
    I get errors trying to export to excel no matter what platform.

    Please start a new thread describing your issue. This one is over a month old and is not about getting errors but a php handling issue where the user’s browser was dowloading the php file instead of running it.
