• After the last S2 update, hostgator has been locking down my site with 403 error codes. I have been on the phone with them every day this week, and finally I got them to send me the error logs. All of the errors have to do with S2 member hitting the CPU at hostgator excessively.

    Now I only have about 300 members logging on a day, they should be able to handle that. But they said there is something in the last S2 update code (which they won’t tell me what it is) that is causing the problem. It’s an automatic shut down when my site exceeds the CPU usage, so each time I have to contact support, wait for them to respond, and then hope that the next tech can understand that it isn’t me. Most of them don’t seem to care – they said contact S2 member and have them publish an update.

    Can you look into this please??? My members are not able to log in for most of the day. And now I’m getting refund requests. No bueno!
