Urgent – How to restore the backup

Hello, I need urgent help!
I have a backup folder which backed up some files manually (one of them over 800 megs) into my FTP server.
How can I restore the DB and the whole site from these files? I tried importing the dump.sql file in the DB admin and it didn’t work as it got an error in one of the tables… Please Advise very urgently
