URGENT .htaccess being cleared !! all instructions erased

    Hello,

    Today I found that my .htaccess file doesn’t have all the redirect instructions I’ve writtent, there was a lot of redirections ! There’s nothing left execpt the default IfModule.

    I added also rewrite instruction to rewrite my http to https and when I came back to my htaccess file all have been ersed again !

    what’s wrong ? this is having a huge impact, can you fix it or tell me where is the problem

    @khaou The Yoast SEO plugin only writes redirects to the .htaccess if the Redirect method is specifically set to use .htaccess, as it defaults to creating redirects using PHP. If you are experiencing issue with data in the .htaccess file removed, this could also be caused by a plugin or theme conflict. Can you try and gather as much information for us as possible? Please perform the following:
    1. Make sure the issue doesn’t persist when Yoast SEO is disabled.
    2. Check for conflicts.
    3. Check for JavaScript errors with your console.
    If you find any JavaScript errors related to Yoast SEO or if there is a conflict with a plugin or a theme, you can create a new GitHub issue for our developers. Please report the issue to a third party developer as well.
