    Hi all,
I hope you can help me.
I was training to make a multilingual website and I wanted to use multiple domain because I don’t have access to the ftp and I couldn’t edit the wp-config.php file to make a multisite. I installed this plugin, I set a second domain https://www.elizabethrizzato.com/it. After saved, the website isn’t redirected properly anymore. If you load the page it will say
    “The page isn’t redirecting properly
An error occurred during a connection to elizabethrizzato.com.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.”
Please, what can I do? Did I lose the website? Remember, I don’t have access to the ftp.
    Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

From what I understand, your primary domain is “elizabethrizzato.com” (without the www) and you set up a second domain named “www.elizabethrizzato.com”. Correct? Your hosting probably has a permanent redirect (301) from the www to the non-www domain. This is a very common setting.

Unfortunately, the only solution I can see to fix that now is asking your hosting provider to remove the plugin from wp-content/plugins in your WordPress.

Also, in case your main purpose is to have a multilingual site, I’d recommend you WPML. There are probably also other multilang specific plugins around there.

    Hi,
thank you so much for your help.
Yes, I had to contact my hosting to deactivate the plugin.
I’m going to try to use WPML, thank you for your advice!
