URGENT – Images disappeared upon 2.8.6 upgrade

    Heya,
    So I backed up the site’s files, forgot to backup the database, but I tested it on the development server and had no problems. Once I did the upgrade on live all my images disappeared. Anyone know what changed with the 2.8.6 release that could have affected this?

  • Are they really gone (from wp-content/uploads/*), or have links been changed?

    I’ve updated 4 sites to 2.8.6 without these kind of problems.

    Nevermind. I’m an unobservant idiot. I had “disable images” on in Safari for a different page and forgot to turn it off. Sorry guys!
