    Hi there,

    Not sure how or when this changed, but all tickets are set to public so anyone can visit the ticket URL whether they are logged in or not, member or not, they are totally 100% public. This is a HUGE concern for us given the nature of the tickets. Any idea how to change the Access status? I can’t find anything in the settings, how could this happen?

    Are you using a premium add-on from Awesome Support? If so, please submit a ticket here:

    If it is only regarding the free plugin, let’s check if you have a conflict. Please deactivate your plugins one by one and switch to a default WP theme temporarily and see if the issue continues. The last you deactivate is the one conflicting.
